Job Description

  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by assigning leads that comes in via phone, email, web and referrals.
  • Occasionally might have to arrange appointments or calls for Sales or Executive to meet with customers to qualify an opportunity after receiving the leads.
  • For tender submissions, the Sales/Deal Hub coordinator must prepare high-quality, up-to-date supporting documents.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, coordinate and informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies of the company and business ethics.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer Science, or related field.
  • Ability to work as a team.

  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations. Possess some basic business acumen to advise the team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • The position might require working extended hours due to tender deadlines.
