JOB FUNCTIONS

• Inventory Management & Testing
• Involve in SSS (System Service & Solutions) operations.
• Involve in TAC (Technical Assistance Center) operations.
•  Involve in SOC (Service Operations Center) operations.
• Involve in Project Management

 MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform day to day technical support and fault management for all network products and services, monitoring alarms on customer router and DDoS.
• Manage day-to-day operational matters and functions of the SOC/TAC.
• To assist TAC team managing EBB network.
• To monitor network and services as per SOC processes and procedures
• To provide monthly reporting & incident reports to internal team (TAC/SOC)
• Hands on equipment testing and configuration with TAC assistance.
• Reading serial numbers on the equipment
• First-time patching for newly laid cross-connect order –Ad hoc projects
• Plugging in a console port for remote management
• Troubleshooting equipment with TAC assistance
• Taking inventory and equipment management as well store checking with engineering coordinator guidance.
• Assisting with physical installation, relocation or movement of equipment
• In house system projects based on Head of NOC suggestion.

• Pursuing in Bachelor Degree in Data Communications and Networking
• Good verbal communication and written in English & Malay
• Responsible, flexible, team player, good planner, problem solving
