1. Responsible for the company's overall IT operations in terms
of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and server related matters
2. Participate in IT projects or new business initiatives
involving IT - requirements study, testing, training, and implementation System
documentation, standard operating procedures, user guide maintenance.
3. Familiar with in house software to support end-user daily
request
4. Liaise with vendors on matters related to the server,
networks, security, and application systems covering the areas of hardware and
maintenance services.
5. Writing and executing unit test plans to test software
components.
6. Participate in post-development activities such as UAT,
System Go-live support.
7. Setup, configure, support, and maintain various hardware,
operating systems, networks & security
8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and
software problem to the end-user
9. Maintaining IT assets and software license - control, update,
maintain, and record the log.
10. Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior
when required.
11. Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the
Management from time to time.
