Job Description

As the Marketing Intern, you have the opportunity to be involved in the marketing strategy such as planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing, branding, and campaigns to improve the brand’s image. Duties include overseeing and managing social media platform, managing campaign on social media and involve in writing and proofreading creative copy.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1) Marketing Strategy Support:

  •  Assist in developing and implementing both short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand awareness goals.
  • Contribute to online marketing strategies through social media platforms.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions to optimize marketing strategies.


2) Market Analysis & Insights:

  • Research, analyze, and summarize market trends to assist in target audience definition.
  • Study competitors' behaviors and strategies to gather valuable insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and activities to inform marketing approaches.


3) Marketing Material Oversight: 

  • Coordinate, edit, and optimize advertising, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Review projects to ensure alignment with product information and marketing goals.
  • Maintain consistency of materials with planned marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and manage promotional materials inventory as needed.


4) Event Planning & Execution

  • Develop event concepts aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Identify potential event partnerships and sponsorships reflecting brand values and audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event coordination.
  • Oversee event setup, registration, and on-site coordination.
  • Monitor event success metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement.


5) Live Show Participation

Assist in planning and executing live shows to promote the brand and engage the target audience.

Contribute to the development of engaging event concepts that resonate with the brand's goals.

Coordinate event logistics, including setup, coordination, and post-event activities.

Collaborate with team members to ensure a successful and memorable live show experience.






Job Details

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and / or Business Administration.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.

3. High attention to details.

4. Having strong multitasking skills; being able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

5. Team player.

6. Being organized enough to run several campaigns at the same time.
