Job Description

Actively support and contribute to our cloud solution teams as we deliver various components of client engagements including:


  1. Perform demonstration of cloud solution to potential client
  2. Document business requirements and translate them into specific functionality within the system
  3. Configure and customize client environments to develop proof of concepts and present solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
  4. Participate in data migration tasks
  5. Estimate, build, and execute the project plan.
  6. Form the solution and translate to configuration requirements; to lead a business process session
  7. Assess and develop innovative solutions to solve complex business workflows for clients
  8. Design, develop and test enhancements in alignment with client’s business process requirements.
  9. Implement new feature rollouts and new functionality to scale client’s business needs.
  10. Develop client reports and/or saved searches.
  11. Provide client training and configuration sessions.
  12. Provide product support by researching and interpreting information in a way that clients can understand.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must be in their 3rd year / final semester about to graduate from their degree program in any IT related degree.
  2. Speak and write in English fluently.
  3. Able to speak and read Mandarin is an added advantage.
  4. Required skill(s): Presentation, Communication
  5. Knowledge in ERP solutions in the market (SAP, NetSuite) will be an added advantage.
  6. Self motivated and independent to work with minimum supervision.
  7. IT technical / programming skill especially Java Script is an added advantage.
  8. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
