Job Description

  • Provide good customer service to solve customer issues by attending to customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Manage incoming emails and chat messages.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support. 
  • Assist in IT department data entry job.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Computer literate and good in Microsoft excel & word.
  • Multitasking and able to prioritise daily workload.
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information. 
  • A good team player with responsible, initiative, attentive, positive, smart, honest, ethical, independent, outgoing, and go-getter attitude.
  • Working experience related to customer service is a plus.
