1. Creating and editing video content.

2. Editing and post-production

3. Collaborating with team members to transform ideas and concepts into compelling narratives, refining scripts as needed.

4. Importing, organizing footage. trimming and adjusting videos, adding audio and sound effects, colour grading and visual enhancement to achieve desired aesthetics and visual consistency

5. Exporting and delivering edited videos in suitable formats for various platforms and distribution channels, following specific guidelines and compression requirements.

6. Collaborating with the team: Working closely with directors, and other team members to ensure project coordination and incorporating feedback into the editing process.

7. Regular shooting and editing: Creating and adhering to shooting and editing schedules, meeting deadlines for regular content production and publication.

8. Increasing exposure: Developing and implementing strategies to increase the visibility and reach of videos, attracting a larger audience and user base.

9. Support offline event and handle video equipment such as lighting, audio and camera during shooting day

10. Carry out any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned 

• Must possess at least Diploma, Degree or equivalent certification in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Film Studies or any related field

• At least 3 years of working experience in related fields

• Demonstrable video editing ability with a beginner portfolio

• Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe After Effects is a must 

• Creative and likes to conceptualize different ideas and video approach to capture audience

• Creative mind and storytelling skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

• Initiative and wiling to explore

• Able to work independently

• Well verse in English and Mandarin (Must be able to speak & write in Mandarin)

• Photography skills will be an advantage
