• Responsible to handle in-bound sales call, website enquiry, existing and/or new client
• Contact potential or exising clients to provide info and create awareness about company’s events
• Ensure all enquiries are attended to in a timely & professional manner and sales SOP’s are adhered to
• Provide after-sales services and accumulate customer feedback and report to management
• Constantly keep in touch with existing client and new clients in order to build relationship and brand loyalty
• To achieve individual sales target and to work closely with the team to achieve company sales target
• Maintain proper records of Sales calls, sales progress with customers, and report progress to HOD
• Constantly on the look out for new business opportunity via networking, cold calling, relationship building with existing clients to help create new revenues streams for the company.
• Responsible for sales and event activities
• Adhere with any other related ad-hoc assignment assigned by the management from time to time
• Training will be provided
• Fresh graduate is most welcome
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Posses excellent command of English & Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Strong sales ability, customer focus, positive market approach and good levels of intituion
• Candidate must be initiative, autonomy, self-direction, confident , willingness to learn and adapt as the company grows and able to work under pressure
• Excellent relationship / communication / presentation / negotiation skills
• Able to work in teams and in networks
• Possess the capacity to convince and influence
• Able to transform ideas into actions
• Flexible to travel as and when needed
• Favourable if have at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, fresh graduate if welcome
• Able to work on weekends, after office hours and public holidays as and when needed
