Job Description

  • Communicate fluently to understand customer needs, address questions, and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Proactively engage with customers to build relationships, promote loyalty, and gather information about their needs and preferences.
  • Provide feedback to the team lead or supervisor regarding recurring issues or potential improvements in processes, products, or services to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, explaining features, and highlighting benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and product releases in the IT industry.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information.

Job Requirements

  • High school or bachelor's degree or comparable sector (preferable)
    • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management.
