Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and effective support. You will handle customer inquiries and deliver outstanding service to resolve customer concerns. Your technical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality support and maintaining customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities: 

 

    • Provide customer support: Respond to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat)
    • Ensure customer satisfaction: Proactively address customer concerns, provide accurate and helpful information, and ensure timely resolution of issues to meet or exceed customer expectations. 
    • Document and track customer interactions: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using CRM or ticketing systems. 
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with technical teams, including engineers and developers, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues or bugs affecting customers. 
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge: Continuously expand knowledge of project's offerings, updates, and industry trends to provide effective and informed support to customers
    • Contribute to process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline support processes, improve customer service, and enhance overall team efficiency. 
    • Meet performance metrics: Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction ratings, response times, and issue resolution targets.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Education: High school diploma or above.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (traditional)
  • Able to work rotation shift
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and convey technical information in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Problem-solving abilities: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Team player: Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.
