• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, exit interviews and recruitment process
• Assist for the full spectrum of Human Resources function which includes employee relations and administration.
• Updates and maintaining training records / individual training records / OJT.
• Assist other HR and general office administration tasks, ad hoc assignments and writing minutes.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or professional Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration /Management or equivalent.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s) : Computer literate (Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work closely with the HR team.
• Able to work with minimum supervision,independently, self-motivated, multitasking on a fast paced environment
• 5 days work week
