Job

The person that we are looking for will be taking on the following roles in the company:
A. Marketing

i. Assists the Marketing Lead in organising marketing information and materials.
ii. Learn up and eventually manage 1 or 2 marketing delivery channels by posting contents following company guidelines.
iii. Assists and participate in organising online and onsite marketing events and activities.

B. Customer Support

i. Learn up and manage the customer support tickets - organising support tickets, forming proper replies etc.

Please be aware that you may be assigned other duties from time to time.

The person we are looking for preferably have the following qualities:

1. Personable, friendly and soft spoken.
2. Able to read, speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English fluently.
3. No experience required but must demonstrate ability to learn fast and understand job requirements quickly.
4. Creativity and ability to converse and write in Mandarin is a plus.
5. Discipline, responsible and organised.
