Job Description

  • In-Charge for campaign planning and submission
  • Handling basic visual editing / graphic designing  
  • Responsible to maintain store performance.
  • Prepare Daily, Monthly Report for Management review.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Manage all online sales activities, including product listing, updating, processing orders to e-Commerce marketplaces, website and social media accounts.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Assist in research, planning, and execution of online marketing campaigns
  • Performing online sales & marketing activities and sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
  • Increase online sales, work with marketing team to develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Order fulfilment such confirming orders, packaging, arranging to deliver and dealing with returns.
  • Website content management such data entry, creating new products, keeping the website up-to-date etc.
  • Inventory management such ensure stock levels are accurate at all times.
  • Customer service such reply customer’s online enquiries and to negotiate & dealing with online marketplace person in charge.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in e-commerce/ digital marketing or any advertising agency will be added advantages.

    Excellent research abilities
    Excellent communication skill in written and oral in Mandarine, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    Excellent in Microsoft Excel
    Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
