Job Description

  • Assist in operational processes supporting e-commerce business, including pick, pack, ship
  • Document filing to be properly done
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping practice in warehouse
  • Accomplish any task/responsibility assign by superior
  • To ensure incoming goods & shipments are properly load or unload from the supplier and ensure physical stocks are tally with packaging list/invoice
  • Acknowledge receipt of goods and dated
  • Prepare arranging and stacking of goods
  • Retrieving of goods as per invoice, accuracy in order picking
  • Ensure items picked in correct quantity and conduct appearance check before delivery
  • Ensure products are protect with proper packing material & method before deliver
  • Assist on before and after sales customer service job task
  • Assist on ad-hoc administration work task

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience or relevant certifications may be considered.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for monitoring and analyzing e-commerce performance.
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of product categorization, catalog management, and SEO techniques for product listings.
  • Proficiency in managing product data, including attributes, images, and variants.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with basic image editing tools to optimize product images for online use.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts relevant to the Malaysian market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, customer support, and logistics.
