As a Clinic/Healthcare Assistant you are required to perform:

1. To ensure efficient and coordinated clinic operation flow by coordinating and planning clinic activities, communicate patient’s needs, make referrals and serve as a resource person for insurance information.

2. To provide assistance and support to the doctor in all aspects of the clinic operations including reception, consultation, procedures, customer service, products and services.

3. Answers telephone inquiries from patients and others, screens call to determine nature and urgency of inquiry, refers calls as appropriate and/or schedule appointment with doctors.

4. Observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions as instructed according to clinic policy.

5. Orders and maintains inventories of supplies as required to support day-to-day clinical and administration operations.

6. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic and other equipment.
