Plan and prepare production schedules for assembly line operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.

Develop and monitor production schedules to determine the sequence and lead time of each operation and monitor the adherence to defined targets.

Guarantee the correct provision of dataflow from customer to plant and prepare data for assembly line.

Prepare production reports, create statistics and guarantee that all parties are fully acquainted with production status.

Develop and implement solutions in case of variance from production plan.

Analyze and evaluate production specifications and plant capacity data.

Support the Manufacturing Engineering department with mathematical calculations concerning manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.

Develop and establish workflows for all relevant departments and operations on basis of the established manufacturing sequences and lead times.

Plan sequence of assembly and further manufacturing operations to provide guidance to production operators.

Develop emergency plans for assembly delays, downturns or other critical conditions and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment from inventory/warehouse.

Realize system relevant changes (internal sequences, assigning and changing other statuses).

Education requirement: Min SPM, Certificate and Diploma electronics is welcome to apply.At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Officers specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
