• Monitoring and ensure the discipline and attendance of production and technical staff are up to expectations in the plant.

• Plan and leverage resources to support business growth, spending cost control, improvement of efficiency and quality to meet KPIs.

• Lead, train, develop and motivate the staff in line with the company’s goals and value system.

• Ensure that our products are shipped on time and meet customers’ expectations.

• Continuously drive cost reduction through process and quality improvement activities regularly.

• Manage PM activities to ensure process/machine stability.

• Keep the plant equipment and facilities in good 5S and tip-top conditions.

• To ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are met.

• Diploma/Degree Holder with min. 5 years’ experience in machining operations.

• Able to plan, execute orders as well as lead and coach employees.

• Able to work on permanent night shift.
