The Company:

Our client is a growing total logistics service provider incorporated in Malaysia. They provide extensive range of logistic services which includes transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, custom clearance and liquid logistics. They are gradually expanding to offer more products and services to their clients.

The Operation Manager will be reporting to the Head of Department. The Operation Manager will be based in Selangor.

The Operation Manager will be responsible:

• To oversee and manage ISO Tank Container operations.

• To work closely with customer service team for domestic, import and export tank shipments.

• To manage overall ISO Tank container, inventory, and repair & maintenance.

• To troubleshoot all operational issues faced by the customers and internal stakeholders.

• Drive efficiencies and better utilization of the tank container meeting KPI to reduce cost.

• To develop operations system improvement by analyzing process workflow.

• Liaising with depot, agents, tank surveyors, customers, ports, and others relating to tank container operations.

• To maintain thorough records of all tank containers with daily inventory report.

• To provide operational assistance to ensure seamless shipment flows
