The Company

The Agent – Order Management will be responsible to ensure accurate and timely movement of freight and information, as providing excellent customer service in the Order Management department and will be based in Selangor.
The role
• Ensure freight process flow are smooth and timely.
• Ensure data entry, client and vendors billing are timely and accurate.
• Coordinate and negotiate rates with contracted vendors in procuring space and services.
• Cooperate in arranging international shipment and monitor shipment reports of customers and meet customer service standard and satisfaction.
• Meet regulations and procedures in accordance with all times.
• Understand department process flow and continue to observe areas of improved efficiency.
• Ensure customer standard operating procedures are all followed as per the instruction.
• Collaborate with the team on meeting KPI standards.
• Correspond with counterparts globally.
• Basic understanding of the company’s operational system.
• Assist daily review statistics, operational reports and audit files and collaborate with the team on updating event codes and meeting operating process standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors (shipping lines, trucking companies and others).
• Assess vendors at defined intervals following company procedures, potential improvements with action plan needed.
• Additional tasks and duties when required to meet Department’s need.
The requirements
• Diploma, Degree, or any field.
• At least 2 years working experience related to the position.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office which include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and innovative skills and able to work in a team.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management skills with a professional attitude.
• Possess knowledge of Ocean documentation process is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English.
