Job Description

  • Develop and align your department's strategy to the overall company strategy and execute on it
  • Recruit, Develop, Monitor, and Manage brands on the platform
  • Identify and cultivate vendors in acquiring promotional deals
  • Responsible for the category KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Analyze the internal and external environments on a regular basis to ensure that the Category under management remains highly competitive in the market.
  • Retain and optimize vendor relationships to drive the overall performance of the category.
  • Compile extensive trend knowledge and industry insights to drive category success.

Cross-department:

Work across departments to achieve goals:

  • Vendor Onboarding – Content onboarding and optimizing, Vendor deals, Pricing
  • Business Development – on cross-category promotions
  • Marketing – vendor deals and tactics

Job Requirements

  • Candidate possesses at least Diploma in Marketing, Business Administrative, or equivalent courses.
  • Studying course related to e-Commerce/ Retail/ Business Management
  • Have a strong interest and passion in e-Commerce.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail, independent, trustworthy, and responsible.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay. Other languages will have added advantage
