Job Description

  • Develop commercial strategies and roadmaps to deliver the B2B sales and margin goals
  • Build understanding and metrics around top B2B customer groups for the purpose of service improvement and acquisition
  • Create/fulfil targets for new customers, order size and reorder rates needed to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Travel regularly to visit both current and potential customer accounts
  • Work closely within internal teams to setup new accounts, analyze recent performance and address gaps
  • Contribute ideas and insights in support of Lamboplace’s eCommerce omnichannel commercial plan and customer experience
  • Build and share reports and insights based on recent B2B performance data (sales, units, customers, baskets, repeat, penetration, etc.)
  • Conduct periodic competitive reviews to understand the strategy and offering of alternatives
  • Work closely with internal cross departments to develop tests and promotions aimed at improving customer acquisition / retention
  • Deliver regular recommendations to operating teams (marketing, vendor) to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing last semester in Marketing, Business Administrative, or equivalent courses.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail, independent, trustworthy, and responsible.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, BM and Mandarin.
