• Lead the Audit and Tax function of the manufacturing business; covering areas in corporate accounting, tax compliance, and planning across multiple countries.

• Review group consolidation, statutory accounts and ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner.

• Work with Cash management and treasury teams.

• Provide information to banks for credit reviews and monitor compliance with financial covenants.

• Develop, strengthen and maintain the Groups relationship with regulatory authorities and other relevant stakeholders.

• Ability to apply accounting concepts and principles to the business in logical manner like futures, hedging & derivatives.

• Liaise with auditors and tax agents on the statutory filing with government agencies.

• Develop the capabilities of the existing Accounting and Tax teams across various countries.

• A qualified Accountant who possesses professional qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in stockbroking.

• Exposure in tax, treasury, trade finance, project financing within the stockbroking environment.

• Solid technical skills with proven strong managerial and leadership qualities.

• Team player and able to work across multi-cultural/multi-functional teams.
