Ask important questions to have a better understanding of the customer's needs.
Answer incoming calls from clients.
Min Diploma / Bachelor's Degree In Event/Communication/Social Science/Business/Marketing or equivalent
All work will be done remotely, and strong internet connection will be required
Excellent communications skills, as well as a pleasant personality.
Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
Patient and capable of responding to client questions and providing solutions.
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
