Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

  • Determine selection criteria

  • Source potential candidates through online channels, social media and professional platforms

  • Screening resumes and match with selection criteria

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and online interviews

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies / Management or equivalent.

  • Possess positive working attitude with passion to learn.

  • Good written and oral communication skills in English language.
