Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Follow a provided script and sales guidelines to effectively communicate our products or services to potential customers.
Identify and qualify leads through proactive research and information gathering.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve sales techniques.
Document all call information, including customer details, call outcomes, and appointment scheduling, in a clear and organized manner.
