Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the goal of scheduling appointments for our sales team. 
  • Follow a provided script and sales guidelines to effectively communicate our products or services to potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive research and information gathering.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and value proposition to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve sales techniques.
  • Document all call information, including customer details, call outcomes, and appointment scheduling, in a clear and organized manner.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or FinTech. 
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs and address inquiries effectively.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in phone conversations with potential clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
