-Manage a portfolio of Outsourcing clients which will involve on and off site client meetings.
-Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
-Assist clients in proposing shift schedules / coverage and at the same time, ensure costs is within stipulated budget.
-Preparation of yearly budget and forecasts for Outsource and Technical teams
-Plan and/or undertake business development activities to increase revenue and company profile and ensure yearly revenue target is achieved.
-Supervise and mentor team members.
-Manage Technical team's repair and onsite support activities
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
-Candidate with past experience of handling or working with Multnational Companies is an advantage
-Experienced working in a Helpdesk or Call Center enviroment is a plus.
-Flexible and confortable working in a fast paced environment
-Full time position available.
-Required languages: Malay, English and Mandarin
