1. Provide level 2 service and end user support at resident site
2. Installation, repair, maintenance, testing and commissioning of IT products or services at resident site
3. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
4. In charged on modular repairing and upgrade of faulty devices
5. Direct unresolved issues back to IT Service Helpdesk for next action
6. Provide and maintain accurate information on IT products or services in the system
7. Record events and problems and the resolution in system logs
8. Manage and report the rental assets movement at resident site
9. Comply with the policies and procedure at resident site
10. Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
1.
Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
2. Excellent diagnostic
and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication
ability
4. Outstanding
organizational and time management skills
5. In depth understanding
of diverse computer systems and networks
6. Good knowledge of
internet security and data privacy principles
7. Diploma/Degree in
Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
8. Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
