Job Description

  • To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by Exabytes
  • To provide guidance to clients for products & services offered by Exabytes
  • To troubleshoot errors related to hosting related services (Windows & Linux)
  • To monitor servers' performances
  • To ensure servers are working on optimum performance
  • To reply to clients via Helpdesk
  • To answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues
  • To perform weekly & monthly server maintenance

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Possess professional certificate eg: CCNA, RHEL, any Microsoft will be added advantages. Great hand’s-on skills in both Networking and Hardware Troubleshooting Required skill(s): Linux, Windows Server. Preferably skill(s): SQL, DNS, Programming, bash script Good understanding about Windows and Linux operation system (both WebUI and Command line based). Good understanding about Network Security as well as handling network security appliance eg: Cisco ASA, Juniper, Fortinet. Fluent in English (both writing n verbal) Applicants must be willing to work on shift (3 shift). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Positions available in Penang & Kuala Lumpur.
