Primary responsibilities: 


  • Positive mindset, proactive & team player.
  • Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via email, phone and online community involvement.
  • Gathering market trend and customer information to promote hosting solutions to prospects.
  • Maintain good relationship with customer and helping SME for Business Digital Transformation.
  • New business leads penetration & business opportunity evaluation
  • Actively get new customers and new sales.
  • Prepare quotations competently.
  • Process new orders proficiently.
  • Follow-ups with the customers consistently.


Secondary Responsibilities:


  • Formulate and document product positioning and go-to-market plans
  • Develop and implement management processes and reporting
  • Develop and document business and/or sales and marketing plan
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Commerce, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent. • Possessing Computer Knowledge and Internet Know How is a Plus. • Knowledge in Wordpress and website building is a Plus. • A can-do attitude is a must. • Attractive basic + sales incentive. • Has good communication skills, is persuasive and pleasant. • Fresh graduates interested to work in sales environment are encouraged to apply.
