Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes and identify areas for digital improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital transformation strategies.
  • Support in the documentation and mapping of existing workflows.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can drive process improvements.
  • Assist in user training and change management efforts associated with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation projects.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's in any business or technology.
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, technology, and business innovation.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of project management concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
