Job Description

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client’s financial needs and demonstrate strong product and service knowledge to match client needs and to guide them on their decision-making process.

• Proactively manage and develop effective client relationships, identifying and managing solutions to meet client needs on a timely basis.

• Resolve complaints and issues effectively and efficiently to prospective and existing clients on a timely basis.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets through teamwork

• Maintaining and updating accurate client information & can deliver sales report required on time

• Conduct live presentations (Zoom Webinar).

• Conversion of prospective clients to eventual clients through close follow-ups.

• Establish a sound understanding of challenges, competition, key trends & etc

• Take full ownership of WhatsApp groups to better manage & maintain consistent communication with existing & prospective clients.

Job Requirements

• Experienced as a Relationship Manager, in customer service, sales or a similar role will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

• Positive attitude

• Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

• Fast learner - ability to grasp the company products and services

• Good sales management and negotiation skills.

• Customer and sales-result oriented.

• Can work independently and multi tasks

• Attention to detail

• Demonstrate creativity

• Good time management

• A team player

• Command of English and Chinese language both written and verbal (more languages proficiency is an added value)
