Established in 2014, EasyParcel Sdn Bhd was formed with a mission in mind; that is to provide a simplified shipping platform where individual or businesses could book any manner of consignment for delivery at prices they couldn’t achieve themselves, backed up with the knowledge and expertise of an industry veteran.
- To generate own sales leads.
- Acquire potential customers for EasyParcel (Malaysia, or Singapore)
- Handling indoor sales and attend to sales enquiries, including online enquiries and phone enquiries.
- Contacting and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Collecting and verifying customer contact information and generating new leads through referrals.
- Manage social media posting to generate enquiries.
- Performing other duties as deemed necessary by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher School Certificate, Professional Certificate or a Diploma in any field.
- Open hiring for fresh graduate that keen looking in sales job, and welcome to join as well.
- Preferably converse in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu. (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be an added advantage as the job requires communication with Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin speaking clients.)
- Good in handling social media accounts.
- Priority for online seller or part time online seller.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Able to work in office, located at Penang Bayan Baru.
