Job Description

  1. 1. Calendar Management:

    • - Organize and manage the employer's schedule, including setting up appointments, virtual meetings, and conference calls.
    • - Send timely reminders and ensure all commitments are met.
  2. 2. Communication:

    • - Act as the primary point of contact between the employer and internal/external parties.
    • - Draft and respond to emails, messages, and other communications on behalf of the employer.
  3. 3. Task Coordination:

    • - Coordinate and prioritize tasks to assist in meeting deadlines.
    • - Liaise with team members to gather information and updates.
  4. 4. Document Handling:

    • - Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
    • - Maintain organized digital files for easy accessibility.
  5. 5. Research:

    • - Conduct online research on various topics to provide comprehensive information.
    • - Summarize findings and present them in a clear and concise manner.
  6. 6. Virtual Meeting Support:

    • - Set up virtual meetings, manage meeting invitations, and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
    • - Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during virtual meetings.

Job Details

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• MS Office and English proficiency

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Discretion and confidentiality

• High School degree

• PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

• Will be doing tasks like research, build PPT etc
