Job Description

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Job Requirements

-Able to speak in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin

-Proficiency in relevant software and tools: A sales admin must be comfortable working with various software and tools such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other sales productivity tools.

-Knowledge of sales processes and strategies: A sales admin must have a working understanding of sales processes and strategies. They should know how to track sales leads, manage customer relationships, and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

-Positive attitude and strong work ethic: A sales admin must have a positive attitude,

-Ability to analyse data and generate reports: A sales administrator should be able to analyse sales data and generate reports to help the sales team make informed decisions. They should know how to create reports on sales trends, customer behaviour, and sales team performance.
