Job Description

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of multiple key events 
  • Monitoring projects progress and performance
  • Implement creative and innovative aspects of each event 
  • Communicate internally and externally in the utmost effective manner throughout the project execution
  • Project planning and execution – solve any upcoming issues to ensure project are completed within the designated time-frame
  • Analyze programme outcome and generate reports on programmes and activities 
  • Provide supervision and guidance to team members to ensure effective execution of programme in accordance with objectives
  • Perform any other duties, responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Superior

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma / Bachelor's Degree In Event/Communication/Social Science/Business/Marketing is required. 
  • 1 - 2 years' prior industry in a relevant field is an added advantage. 
  • Think strategically, take initiative, and execute strategies, including the ability to define program objectives, evaluate progress and manage projects through a complete lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creative and innovative 
  • High proficiency in English, Malay. Other languages will be an added advantage. 
  • Computer-literate and understand social media trends.
  • A bright personality who like networking /social events.
