Established Production Company

1.     Project development & pre-production planning        

a.     To work with the executive producer to execute any project from start to finish.

b.     Duties include working with writers to develop and/or review a storyline and script, setting and managing the production budget, scheduling staff, gathering a filming crew, casting, managing the crew, set, and overall project production. 

c.     Communicate and work with the clients to ensure the production schedule and plan are carried out smoothly. 

2.     Creative Direction

a.     To work with the executive producers, writers, and/or visual graphic artists to develop and/or review a storyline and script, set and manage the production budget, schedule staff, gather a filming crew, manage the crew, set, and overall production of a project. 

3.     Managing Production

a.     To supervise all aspects of the production. 

b.     Coordinate the activities of the cast and crew, ensuring everyone is working together smoothly. 

c.     To make decisions on set, direct actors, and provide feedback and guidance to the production team.

4.     Post-production Supervision

a.     To oversee the editing and post-production processes. 

b.     Work closely with editors, sound designers, and visual effects artists to shape the final product. 

c.     To provide input on editing choices, sound design, music selection, and overall pacing.

Salary: The salary for this position is commensurate with experiences

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang 

1.     Bachelor’s Degree in communication or a related field.

2.     Minimum 3 years experience

3.     Understand the entire flow of the video production project.

4.     Familiar with the equipment

5.     Excellence communication skills: English, Chinese, and Malay

6.     Possesses both creative and managerial skills. 

7.     Responsible for bringing a project to life by overseeing its artistic vision, managing resources, and guiding the production team throughout the process.
