Established Production Company

Pre-production planning

• To support the producer/director and production crew to execute any project from start to finish.
• Duties include working with the producer/director and the production crew during the pre-production phase, which can include preparation of the equipment list (with direction from the project leader), setting up meetings, and communication with various departments.

Production Coordination

• Coordinate various aspects of the shoot, monitoring the equipment, managing the set, and ensuring all necessary personnel, equipment, and resources are available and ready for filming.
• To collaborate with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
• To support the director in realizing their creative vision.
• To ensure safety and compliance matters during shooting.

Post-Production Assistance

• To assist with post-production activities, including data wrangling and providing input and information on footage.

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

• Minimum: Diploma in communication or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Understand the full flow of filming/shooting
• Familiar with the equipment
• Good communication skills: English, Chinese, and Malay
• To support the producer/director in all aspects of production, from planning to execution.

*Salary is commensurate with experience
