Job Description

  • Assist with accounts receivable and payable, as well as bank statements reconciliation
  • Ensure that all customers receive their financial statements on time
  • Handle journal entries, which includes composing, inputting, filing and scanning of entries
  • Organise a filing system that is easily accessible
  • Assist the coordinator with month-end financial reports
  • Support the payment processing team
  • Compile and analyse data, track information, and support the finance team
  • Assist with research, filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
  • Any other ad-hoc matters as needed

Job Requirements

  • Anyone pursuing an education related to finance and/or accounting
  • A keen learner who wants to gain experience in the finance and accounting field
  • Preferably someone who has basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
  • A good and effective communicator
  • Someone with great attention to details, reliable and is able to meet deadlines
