Responsibilities

•  Communicate with potential clients via calls.
•  To ensure that proper follow-up with potential clients is completed in a timely way.
• Use scripts given to provide information on the features, filtering, and benefits of our service.
•  Ask important questions to have a better understanding of the customer's needs.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective client.

This is the work from home Telemarketer job and you will be responsible for influencing potential clients to sign up for our IT and Digital solutions.

Requirements

• Reliable Wi-Fi connection. All work will be done remotely, and strong internet connection will be required to ensure all phone calls run well.
• Excellent communications skills, as well as self-assurance and a pleasant personality.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
• Patient and capable of responding to client questions and providing solutions.
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
