* Responsible to deliver optimum care to dialysis patients by utilizing the nursing / medical assistant process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation, in accordance with the local and international standard and philosophy.
* Collaborate with other professional disciplines (internal or external); to ensure effective patient care delivery; resolve patient’s problem or needs and also the achievement of desired patient outcome (such as the targeted medical KPI).
* Ensure a healthy, comfortable and safety of patient by maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
