Maintain
electronic and hard copy filing system.

Issue
Delivery Order (DO) and invoice (INV) and any other related documents for
arrange daily stock delivery.
·
Issue
Goods Received Note (GRN) and Purchase Invoice (PI) once stock arrived.
·
Liaise
with courier & third-party forwarder for all import & export shipment.
·
Packing
and unboxing including goods inspection.
·
Load
goods received down from vehicle or trolley.
·
Apply
Sirim/ E-dagang when oversea shipment stuck in customs.
·
Get
tracking number and update GRN status to sales team.
·
Perform
data entry, accurate and up-to-date records in GRN Summary, Reservation
Summary, Tracking Summary, Delivery Tracking, RMA Claim Form.
·
Monitoring
store activities, ensure stock accuracy and warehouse safety.
·
Receiving
all incoming calls and convey to the appropriate individuals or take and convey
messages whenever necessary.

Perform
duties assign by the superior/ colleagues.

Multitasking
when needed to.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirement:
·
Candidate
must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma,
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
·
Required
skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
·
Required
language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
·
Familiar
with warehouse activity and document flow.
·
Good
working ethic, willing to learn, positive attitude and lots of initiative.
·
Training
will be provided.
·
