How to Ace an Online Interviews: 7 Tips and Tricks

4. Look at the camera instead of at the screen during the interview.

It can be tempting to watch yourself on the screen during a video interview, but resist the urge! Looking into the camera allows you to make eye contact with your interviewer and appear more engaged and present. Additionally, try to maintain a straight posture and avoid fidgeting.
